These terms apply to your use of luckymeteor.ie and any reading you buy from Lucky Meteor ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying a reading, you agree to them.

1. What we offer

Lucky Meteor provides personalised astrology readings online. You enter your name, date, time and place of birth, and receive a digital reading that can include a birth chart wheel, planet positions, lucky days and lucky times for the month, lucky numbers and a lucky colour. Readings are shown on screen straight away and can be copied, printed or saved as a PDF.

2. For entertainment only

Readings are based on astrology and are provided for entertainment and personal reflection only. They are not predictions or guarantees of any outcome, and they are not financial, legal, medical or professional advice. You are responsible for any decisions you make, including any spending or betting, and we accept no responsibility for any loss arising from them. You must be 18 or over to buy a reading.

3. Accuracy of your details

Your reading is calculated from the details you enter. Please check them carefully, especially your time and place of birth. We are not responsible for readings based on incorrect details.

4. Prices and payment

The price of a reading is shown before you pay and is charged in euro. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

5. Digital content and your right to cancel

Readings are digital content supplied immediately after payment. Under EU and Irish consumer law, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the content has been supplied, when you have agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel. You still keep all your other statutory rights, and our Refund Policy explains when we will refund you.

6. Using the site

You may use readings for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, resell or republish the site, its design or its content, or try to interfere with how it works.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update the site, our prices or these terms from time to time. The version shown here at the time of your purchase applies to it.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under Irish or EU law, or our liability where it cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any reading is limited to the price you paid for it.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you may also have rights under the law of your own country.
